What you will do:

Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with children in care and their families, ensuring their needs and best interests are always prioritised.

Prepare and implement care plans to support and improve the wellbeing of children and influence positive outcomes.

Coordinate and participate in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the children’s needs.

Ensure regular review and assessment of children’s care plans to meet statutory requirements.

Support children in understanding their life stories and help facilitate family connections where safe and appropriate.

Work closely with foster carers and other professionals to support the child’s placement stability.
