What you will do:

• Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with children in care and their families, ensuring their needs and best interests are always prioritised.

• Prepare and implement care plans to support and improve the wellbeing of children and influence positive outcomes.

• Coordinate and participate in multi-agency meetings to advocate for the children’s needs.

• Ensure regular review and assessment of children’s care plans to meet statutory requirements.

• Support children in understanding their life stories and help facilitate family connections where safe and appropriate.

• Work closely with foster carers and other professionals to support the child’s placement stability.
