What you will do:

• Provide critical support to a busy long-term locality team tackling complex cases and safeguarding issues.
• Work closely with children and their families to progress plans and improve outcomes, keeping their welfare at the heart of everything you do.
• Engage in regular reflective supervision to ensure continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• Collaborate with Doncaster City Council’s support services, leveraging their extensive range to aid in the positive progression of plans for children.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports as required for child protection meetings, court proceedings, and other essential documentation.
