Band 6 CAMHS - Nurse Practitioner within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services in Guernsey UK, earning 39 Pounds Hourly. What you will do:

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient nursing services within CAMHS

• Co-ordinate the care process by liaising with multidisciplinary team members

• Offer expert advice to manage emergency and acute situations

• Conduct assessments and develop bespoke care programmes for clients with complex mental health needs

• Lead the process of risk assessment and mitigation for health and safety

• Guide and mentor other staff and students in delivering specialised patient care

• Advocate for service user involvement and ensure the dignity and respect of clients

• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain competencies in specialised skills
