What you will do:

- Provide a comprehensive social work service to children and families, maintaining professional relationships through casework, supervision, and counselling.
- Meet primary needs, promote development and assist with behavioural difficulties and vulnerabilities.

- Manage child protection cases, keeping in line with changing cultural, health, and social needs.
- Communicate effectively in various settings, from client discussions to inter-agency meetings.
- Represent the team in meetings, child protection scenarios, and court appearances if required.
- Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating actions derived from care plans.
