What you will do:
- Conduct assessments and develop plans to protect children and ensure they remain safe within their communities.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to support children’s welfare and development.
- Participate in regular multi-agency meetings to share insights and coordinate effective interventions.
- Write comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records to reflect assessments, decisions, and progress.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working atmosphere.
