This is a senior role within the Kingston and Richmond council's Children Looked After Team. You will be based in Kingston for three days a week, in accordance with compliance and the London Pledge rules. Applicants must have at least three years of post-qualifying experience within a local authority.

What you will do:

• Work directly with children and young people in the looked after system, supporting their journey through the care system.

• Create and implement bespoke care plans, considering each child's unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with colleagues, fostering agencies, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each case.

• Conduct regular assessments to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.

• Provide support and guidance to foster parents and care providers, ensuring a stable and nurturing environment for each child.

• Monitor and review each child's progress, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
