What you will do:

• Conduct assessments, develop reports, and formulate plans to support children identified as vulnerable or in need.

• Work closely with families, matching them to services and expertise within your chosen area.

• Collaborate with safeguarding teams and various services to ensure comprehensive support for young people.

• Utilise your up-to-date knowledge of child care legislation and best practices in the protection and support of children and young people.

• Travel across the county to engage with families, with hybrid working arrangements promoting a balance between office-based and remote work.

Please note:

• This is a temp-to-perm role. After the initial 12 weeks, eligible workers will transition to a permanent contract.

• Only candidates with two Department for Education (DFE) references and compliance will be considered for this role.
