Based in a forward-thinking secondary school in Cambridge, this school-based route allows you to earn while you train and work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) — with no tuition fees.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and deliver engaging Science lessons (KS3–KS4)

• Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and teach both practical and theory content

• Run small-group sessions to boost student progress

• Build classroom confidence through hands-on experience

• Receive weekly training and one-to-one mentoring as you train toward QTS

What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or above in a Science-related subject

• A genuine interest in teaching and working with young people

• Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

• Some experience in education or youth-focused roles is desirable
