Location: Carshalton, Sutton – South London
Contract: Full-time role, Monday to Friday 8:30am-16:00pm
Salary: £500-£600 per week

Key Responsibilities
As an Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons in your subject area specialism
- Provide one-to-one and small group academic support in your subject specialism
- Help pupils stay engaged and on track with their learning
- Assist with Oxford, Cambridge and Russell Group university applications
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school life
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed as an Oxbridge Graduate Academic Mentor, you should have:
- A degree 2:1 or higher in any subject area from Oxford, Cambridge or a Russell Group university
- A proactive attitude combined with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for learning
- A genuine interest in working with young people
- Withold high standards and expectations
- An interest in potentially training as a teacher in the future
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
