What you will do:
- Assist adults with learning and associated difficulties, supporting them both at our base and within the wider community.
- Encourage independence through a person-centred approach. Help with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and client handling duties.
- Guide and support with meal preparations, dietary needs, and promote healthy eating and drinking habits.
- Facilitate meaningful days through offering a variety of choices and opportunities for socialising both in the community and at the base.
- Ensure laundry, meal preparation, and all health and safety procedures are meticulously followed.
- Maintain responsibility for booking in and out of service users’ belongings.
- Please note that mobile phones should be securely put away while working, not to be kept on the person such as in a pocket.
