What you will do:

- Provide a clinical pharmacy service to haematology patients
- Clinically verify haematology prescriptions ensuring accuracy and patient safety
- Develop and implement new chemotherapy protocols on the Trust’s electronic chemotherapy prescribing system
- Provide ward cover, improving efficiency and patient outcomes
- Undertake governance work, maintaining high standards within the speciality

To be considered for this locum role, you must be HCPC registered and due to the nature of the position, a valid driving licence is essential as you may need to travel between sites.
