Youth Justice Worker – Kendal Barrow and Penrith, UK – £40 per hour, Full Time, Locum Contract

What You Will Do:

• Support Service Improvement Leads to identify and enhance key areas of practice across the Youth Justice Service.

• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to promote cultural and operational improvements using both qualitative and quantitative performance data.

• Build strong working relationships with partner agencies to develop a joined-up approach to service enhancement.

• Embed the voices of lived experience into the design and development of service improvements.

• Champion best practices across teams and provide coaching and practical support to embed sustainable changes.

• Remain adaptive and responsive to new challenges and emerging areas of practice.
