What You Will Do

Deliver high-quality, research-informed casework for children in care and those preparing for independence.

Provide consultation, support, and specialist advice to multidisciplinary colleagues on complex social care matters.

Act as a key advisor on children in care and leaving care services, contributing to effective care planning and delivery.

Mentor and support junior staff and student social workers, helping to build the next generation of professionals.

Develop meaningful relationships with young people and families to assess needs and implement impactful interventions.

Champion children’s rights and advocate for access to services that foster their safety, stability, and development.

Participate in case reviews, multidisciplinary meetings, and service development discussions, ensuring coordinated, person-centred care.
