What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of adult patients independently, focusing on those with communication and swallowing impairments.
- Provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy input across acute and critical care wards.
- Ensure excellent patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop patient-centered care plans.
- Offer clinical advice and support to patients, families, and carers to promote recovery and well-being.

We are seeking professionals with proficiency in managing communication and swallowing disorders, and it would be advantageous if you have competencies in tracheostomy, VFS, or FEES. To excel in this role, being an HCPC-registered practitioner and a competent car driver is essential, allowing you to navigate within the multifaceted responsibilities this job offers.
