What you will do:

- Conduct Initial Viability Assessments (IVAs) and full Kinship fostering and Special Guardianship Order (SGO) assessments.
- Supervise temporarily approved Kinship foster carers, ensuring they have the support and resources needed for success.
- Undertake regular duty sessions, contributing to the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Kinship Assessment Team to support and advocate for the team's initiatives to other professionals and stakeholders.
- Hybrid roles include once-monthly team meetings at One Angel Square and other days for duty and induction to maintain strong team connections.
