What you will do:

1. Carry out comprehensive assessments of children's needs and risk, ensuring their safety and wellbeing are prioritised.

3. Conduct regular visits to children in placements, requiring occasional long journeys; a driving licence and readiness for travel are necessary.
4. Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support and interventions for families.
5. Keep detailed and accurate records, ensuring all data is managed in accordance with statutory requirements.
6. Advocate for children and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions and access the necessary services.
