What you will do:
- Work closely with Service Improvement Leads to address key focus areas of practice
- Collaborate with the workforce to shift culture and practice, utilising data to drive good practice forward in the service.
- Partner with agencies to create a culture where everyone is ambitious to improve the service for children and young people.
- Use the voices of those with lived experience to inform and develop Youth Justice Service initiatives.
- Provide support to colleagues and teams, embedding best practice across the board.
- Continuously develop knowledge to adapt to new areas of practice and drive change within the service.
Reporting to Katie Allison, Service Improvement Lead for Children and Families, you will have the chance to make significant contributions.
