What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to patients on orthopaedic wards, helping them regain their physical independence
• Assess, plan, and implement effective therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs
• Liaise with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide education and support for patients and their families regarding treatment processes and exercises
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, contributing to ongoing patient care and audit purposes

Requirements:

• HCPC registration is essential
• You must be a confident car driver with a full UK driving license, as car travel between hospital sites and community visits will be a part of your role
• Experience on orthopaedic wards is a must, offering you a familiar yet challenging environment in which to excel
