What you will do:

• Collaborate effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional mental health support
• Conduct thorough assessments of care and s117 needs, completing MCA/BI as required
• Encourage and facilitate independence in service users to enhance their quality of life
• Prepare detailed panel documents to support your assessments and recommendations
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to achieving the team’s objectives
• Must be willing to travel nationwide and attend the office regularly, with travel card and train tickets supplied. Note that expenses for petrol and parking are not covered.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Possess a degree or equivalent in social work
• Hold a current Social Work England registration
• Bring significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker
