What you will do:

• Work collaboratively and effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care and interventions.
• Manage referrals in accordance with policy criteria, ensuring compliance with CPA and NICE standards.
• Deliver a wide range of treatment interventions, including cognitive behavioural therapy, family interventions, and comprehensive physical health assessments.
• Champion the recovery, empowerment, and well-being of service users by implementing creative, needs-led care plans.
• Ensure robust risk management through diligent incident reporting and proactive risk assessment measures.
• Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes and contribute to service audits and evaluations as requested.
• Mentor, teach, and supervise junior staff, students, and trainees, fostering a supportive and educational environment.
