Your Key Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed assessments to evaluate children’s needs and risks within family settings.

• Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings, offering expert insights and coordination.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records in line with statutory requirements.

• Support children in placement by conducting home visits and maintaining regular contact.
