What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality, needs-led services as a multidisciplinary team member, working flexibly across a 7-day week.
- Respond promptly to urgent and emergency requests for assessments and support, meeting young people where they are most comfortable.
- Conduct prompt and efficient psychosocial assessments and treatments, providing an alternative pathway to avoid hospital admissions.
- Develop and maintain systems to effectively manage emergency and crisis situations.
- Carry Clinical Care Coordinator responsibilities, managing care plans including crisis and risk management.
- Implement and coordinate evidence-based interventions to support the recovery of young people and their families.
- Work closely with external agencies such as police and addiction services to support young people.
- Engage in clear and accurate record-keeping, fostering continuous reflection and improvement in practice.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, offering guidance and support for professional development.
- Keep abreast of current clinical knowledge and participate in relevant training events.
To join us, you will need:
- A qualification in Mental Health Nursing, OT, or Social Work.
- Post-qualification experience in a mental health setting, especially with young people and families.
- Experience in mentoring and clinical supervision.
- The ability to manage a caseload and coordinate care, engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork, and maintain strong working relationships.
