What You Will Do

• Provide professional supervision and support to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality OT services.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments and oversee the provision of equipment and adaptations to promote safe, independent living.

• Implement minor and major property adaptations in line with legislative frameworks and council policy.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate records and provide specialist advice to service users and their families to support independence and well-being.

Requirements

• HCPC registration is essential.

• Experience in local authority settings and in delivering adaptations under the Care Act is highly desirable.

• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage for travel across the borough.
