What you will do:
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
- Develop and implement care plans to achieve long-term stability for children.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices within social work.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to support the wellbeing of children.
- Maintain accurate and timely records and reports.
- Engage effectively with children, families, and external agencies.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Proven frontline experience in social services within the UK, as a qualified Social Worker.
