Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 18 children, including Children In Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC), with some involvement in court work.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions that are timely and focused on achieving the best outcomes for children and families.

• Engage in regular face-to-face interactions with children and their families to ensure their voices are heard and their needs are met.

• Work collaboratively with internal team members and partner agencies to ensure a holistic, joined-up approach to safeguarding and support.

• Maintain child-centred practice, ensuring all actions are focused on safety, wellbeing, and long-term positive impact.
