What you will do:
- Manage and support a caseload of children and young people in care, ensuring that each has a comprehensive assessment and a clear, personalised plan.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with children, their families, and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
- Prepare and submit court reports for care proceedings and reviews as needed.
- Conduct regular monitoring and reviews of care plans, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training, supervision, and reflection sessions to maintain a high standard of practice.
- Liaise with external agencies to provide holistic support to children and young people in your care.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Extensive frontline experience in UK Social Services, equipped with the skills to handle complex and varied caseloads with confidence and competence.
