Lead Clinician - Manor Wood School, Bristol

What you will do:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans
- Hold a caseload in conjunction with other clinicians, with full support from an experienced Clinical Team
- Engage in staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
- Collaborate with the team to expand clinical provision and implement therapeutic approaches
- Manage your workload effectively while making impactful decisions
Who We Are Looking For:
A Lead Clinician who has a Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a Doctorate in Psychology, and is registered with the HCPC and their own professional body. Experience working with intellectual disabilities and/or autism is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts sensitively.
