Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Various sites around Coleshill and Kenilworth, West Midlands
Contract Type: Contract (Until September)
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (9-hour day

Rate – Depending on experience inside IR35

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join our delivery team on a fixed-term basis through to September. Working across various project sites in the Coleshill and Kenilworth area, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing on-site operations and ensuring that work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site operations and proactively manage risks, delays, and issues.
• Liaise with the project management team to report progress and escalate concerns.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and regular safety briefings.
• Ensure accurate site documentation, records, and daily reporting.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Oversee logistics planning, deliveries, and site housekeeping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction/infrastructure projects.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certified.
• CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Sound understanding of construction processes and site management best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to work across multiple sites as required.
