What you will do:

• Provide expert support on wards, ensuring efficient medication management and patient care.

• Review and dispense medication for patients, contributing to their wellbeing and recovery.

• Efficiently complete prescriptions on our e-prescription system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Review patient notes on Careflow to maintain clarity in patient histories and ongoing care.

• Manage stock levels through TMJ Insight, ensuring availability of essential medications.

• Support the overall flow of patients through the Urgent and Emergency department, enhancing efficiency and patient experience.
