What you will do:

• Support the Team Manager in overseeing the Children in Need Team, ensuring high standards of practice.
• Allocate and coordinate cases within the team, providing guidance and supervision to social workers and support staff.

• Engage with families, professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to care planning.
