Social Work - Assistant Team Manager within Family Safeguarding Team in Bracknell, earning £38.78 hourly, ongoing. We are seeking experienced Assistant Team Managers from within Children's Social Care or those eager Senior Social Workers with management and supervisory experience. Join our Family Safeguarding Team to truly impact the lives of children and young people. You will work closely with the Team Manager, deputising when necessary, to implement our vision and strategic values. You'll manage social workers, including newly qualified professionals, students, and support staff. A part of your role will be to drive performance and ensure that the right plans are executed to meet the needs of the children and families.

What you will do:
- Deputise for the Team Manager when required.
- Support recruitment and retention of staff.
- Chair meetings as needed.
- Build effective relationships with staff and clients.
- Demonstrate strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Provide leadership and guidance to social workers within the team.
