Social Work Team Manager within Children with Disabilities in Crewe - Salary: £30.91 hourly and ongoing

What you will do:
- Manage a team of up to 6 Family Support Workers, overseeing cases with support packages for children with complex needs.
- Collaborate with another Team Manager to ensure comprehensive management of cases within the Children with Disabilities Hub.
- Provide operational oversight, including performance management and quality assurance.
- Support the continued development of the Children with Disabilities Hub, working closely with the Service Manager, parents, carers, and multi-agency partners.
- Practise restorative methods with a trauma and relationship-based approach.
- Cover for your fellow Team Manager during their absence ensuring seamless service continuity.
We are seeking a committed Team Manager, skilled in working with children with disabilities and developing best practices. The position requires working from the office at least three days a week, with the flexibility to work from either Macclesfield Town Hall or Delamere House in Crewe. An enhanced DBS check, including the children's barred list, is required.
