What you will do:
- Lead the daily operations of the Ongoing Support and Review Team within the Integrated Learning Disabilities Service.
- Oversee the management, allocation, and delegation of cases within the team, ensuring high-quality support.
- Provide line management and support to social workers, enhancing their professional development.
- Work with complex cases in compliance with the Care Act (2014), Mental Capacity Act (2005), and Mental Health Act (1983).
- Engage in Court of Protection work, maintaining strong legal literacy and understanding.
