What You Will Do:

• Manage and lead on complex cases, ensuring safeguarding and well-being for children and families

• Undertake detailed assessments and intervention planning tailored to each case

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team knowledge through shared learning

• Liaise with external agencies to build coordinated support around children

• Actively participate in team and supervision meetings, ensuring reflective practice

What We're Looking For:

• Social Work England registration

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally within children's services

• Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and mentor colleagues

• Commitment to multi-agency collaboration and strength-based practice

• Previous supervisory or practice development experience desirable
