What you will do:
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy services within the surgical pharmacy team
- Ensure all surgical patients receive optimal pharmaceutical care and medication counselling
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
- Mentor and guide junior members of the pharmacy team
- Manage and critically analyse complex medication regimens
- Participate in research and clinical audits to enhance service quality
