What You'll Do
Support & Inspire
- Deliver targeted Mathematics support to GCSE and A-Level students as a Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant
- Run small group tutorials and one-to-one sessions
- Help students overcome mathematical challenges and build genuine confidence
Collaborate & Grow
- Work alongside experienced Mathematics teachers in lesson delivery
- Develop your Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant skills through hands-on classroom experience
- Support exam preparation and revision strategies
Make an Impact
- Close learning gaps across all ability levels
- Raise Mathematics attainment through personalized intervention

What We're Looking For
Academic Excellence
- Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or related field (2:1 or above preferred)
- Strong mathematical foundation with excellent numeracy skills
- Genuine passion for mathematics education
Personal Qualities
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proactive, resilient approach to challenges
- Enthusiasm for developing teaching and leadership abilities
Experience (Desirable but not essential)
- Previous tutoring, mentoring or youth work experience
