The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups under the guidance of the SEN team
• Assisting in the delivery of personalised learning and behaviour support plans
• Helping students with communication, literacy, and sensory regulation strategies

• Encouraging inclusive participation and building positive relationships with students
• Collaborating with teaching staff and external specialists to provide holistic support

• A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or a related degree
• A strong interest in SEN and inclusive education

• Experience in mentoring, tutoring, volunteering, or youth work (desirable but not essential)
