Your Responsibilities: Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and suit different learning styles
• Deliver FUN and interesting lessons that capture students’ attention and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and enhance teaching strategies
• Focus on improving student attainment and the overall quality of learning
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and concerns

What We’re Looking For: Graduate English Teaching Assistant

• Strong knowledge of English literature, grammar, and composition
• A graduate with a 2:1 or above in English from a top 30 university
• Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and with varying learning needs
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and assessment
