Graduate Academic Mentor Role:

• Earn up to £550 per week
• Full-time, long-term Graduate Academic Mentor role
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support in English, Maths, and Science
• Work closely with teachers to deliver intervention strategies
• Support students with varying academic abilities, including those with SEN or EAL
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging and accessible learning content
• Encourage positive learning habits and behaviour in the classroom
• Track student progress and adapt approaches as needed

Candidate Specification – Graduate Academic Mentor

• A 2:1 or above in a relevant degree (English, Maths, Science, or related field preferred)
• Strong academic credentials and subject knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence, initiative, and professionalism in a school setting
• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work) is desirable but not essential
• A genuine interest in education and supporting student achievement
