What you will do:

• Handle a caseload of up to 16 families, managing child protection plans with dedication and expertise.
• Engage with children and families to conduct thorough assessments ensuring the best outcomes for vulnerable individuals.
• Lead and contribute to multi-agency meetings, sharing vital information to safeguard children effectively.
• Develop and implement protective care plans, ensuring the safety and stability of children in need.
• Maintain accurate records and produce timely reports to support case management and legal proceedings.
• Participate in ongoing training and development, keeping abreast of current best practices in social work and child protection.
