The successful candidate will spend much of their working day picking products, scanning orders and preparing hampers for dispatch.The working area is temperature-controlled and chilled, so candidates must be comfortable working in cooler temperatures throughout their shift.The role involves being on your feet for extended periods and may involve lifting, carrying and moving boxes and products.Appropriate work-wear and protective clothing will be provided where required.Key Performance Expectations Orders picked accurately and efficiently.Correct products and quantities in every hamper.Orders scanned and processed correctly.Hampers prepared to the required presentation standard.Dispatch deadlines consistently met.High standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety maintained.Safe and effective working practices maintained within the chilled environment. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team and understands that accuracy is just as important as speed.A strong eye for detail, a good work ethic and a willingness to help the wider team are essential.
