This role is fundamental to upholding our commitment to safety, quality, and performance.Main tasks and responsibilities – Test / Quality Engineer Pre-Test Preparation: Set up lifting equipment (e.g., cranes, hooklifts, skip loaders, tail lifts) for comprehensive testing.Verify correct installation procedures have been followed against engineering drawings and work instructions.Conduct pre-test visual inspections to identify any immediate discrepancies or potential issues. Functional Testing: Perform detailed functional tests of all lifting equipment systems, including hydraulics, electrics, controls, and safety interlocks.Ensure all operational sequences and features function as designed.
