Person Specification: Essential: To qualify for this role, you must hold a Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy and have HCPC registration. Experience in adult social care or community-based OT services, along with strong assessment, communication, and decision-making skills, is required. The ability to supervise and support junior or unqualified staff is crucial. A driving licence is also necessary. Desirable: Experience in front door or rapid response services, knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, and familiarity with electronic case management systems will be advantageous.
