Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse – Early Intervention Psychosis

With core hours from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, there is flexibility around start and finish times for the right applicants. Options like 8am to 6pm over three to four days, 8am to 4pm, or 9am to 6pm can make your work-life balance uniquely yours. What you will do:

Deliver high-quality care and treatment to individuals experiencing the early stages of psychosis in a community setting.

Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary STEP team to provide evidence-based interventions tailored to each service user's needs.

Engage with service users and their families to create care plans that promote recovery and social inclusion.

Monitor and assess patient progress, adapting care plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Liaise with external agencies and services to coordinate care and support a seamless pathway for service users.
