We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children in Care Team in Bournemouth. This role requires a professional with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience within a statutory English Local Authority. What you will do:

• Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records and reports, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance.

• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, building strong professional relationships to support children effectively.

• Engage directly with children, families, and carers, using effective communication skills to build trust and positive outcomes.
