What you will do
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and support a multidisciplinary team of substance misuse practitioners and support staff.
- Case Management Oversight: Ensure high-quality assessments, tailored care plans, and effective risk management strategies.
- Performance Management: Drive team performance against KPIs to maintain service excellence.
- Supervision & Coaching: Provide reflective supervision, coaching, and professional development to strengthen team capability.
- Safeguarding: Ensure safeguarding practices align with organisational policies and procedures.
- Partnership Working: Build and sustain strong relationships with health services, criminal justice agencies, and community organisations.
- Complex Case Support: Provide guidance and leadership on high-risk and complex cases.
- Service Development: Contribute to audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the service.
- Data & Compliance: Ensure accurate data recording and reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
