Requirements Degree in Occupational TherapyHCPC RegistrationBand 6 Experience: Previous experience working as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist.Paediatric Expertise: Experience within Paediatric Occupational Therapy, including delivery of EHCP provision.Specialist Skills: Experience working with preschool children and supporting children with feeding needs.Assessment Skills: Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report-writing abilities.Flexible Working: Ability to work effectively across both clinical and school-based settings. Desirable Community Paediatrics Experience: Previous experience within Community Paediatric Occupational Therapy services.School-Based Experience: Experience delivering Occupational Therapy services within educational settings.SEND Knowledge: Experience supporting children and young people with SEND.Multidisciplinary Working: Proven experience working within multidisciplinary children's services.
