What you will do

• Lead multi-agency decision-making processes, aligning with the Families First Partnership programme reforms.

• Chair strategy discussions and child protection conferences to drive high standards in protective investigations.

• Monitor and assess the quality and effectiveness of social work practice, offering constructive challenges and feedback.

• Support practice development and service improvement through training contributions, case reviews, and sharing of evidence-based practice insights.
