What you will do:

• Assess and treat patients with neurological conditions and complex trauma injuries.

• Deliver specialist physiotherapy rehabilitation programmes to promote recovery.

• Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.

• Support rehabilitation goals, foster functional recovery, and promote patient independence.

• Work collaboratively with skilled multidisciplinary teams, adapting interventions as needed.

• Monitor progress and maintain precise clinical records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration.

• Solid Band 6 experience in Physiotherapy, specifically in neurological and complex trauma settings.

• Proven ability to manage complex rehabilitation caseloads independently.

• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills and the ability to communicate effectively within professional teams.

• Experience in community or inpatient rehabilitation is favourable.
