What you will do

• Deliver tailored services to children, young people, families, and caregivers to reduce and prevent reoffending.
• Work under the Birmingham Youth Justice Service to ensure access to effective interventions.
• Contribute to planning and implementing court diversion programmes.
• Manage and monitor cases through the court process and referral order panels.
• Compile and present Pre-Sentence Reports in line with national standards.
• Collaborate effectively with various agencies and partners.
• Consult actively with young people, families, and communities to enhance service delivery.
• Support Bail Support Services and participate in data-driven outcome assessments.
• Ensure restorative approaches are central when working with young offenders, addressing victims’ needs.
• Participate in training and personal development within the Youth Justice Plan framework.
